Welcome to Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center. We are dedicated to providing high-quality online Islamic education in Madani Qaida, Quran Recitation, Tajweed, Memorization (Hifz), and Islamic Studies in a respectful and nurturing environment. These Terms of Service and Conditions outline the mutual responsibilities and expectations for all registered students, parents, and teachers participating in our programs. By registering for our courses, you agree to abide by these terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth, productive, and blessed learning experience for all, Insha’Allah.
2. Registration & Payments
- Monthly Fees: Following the completion of trial classes, monthly fees are payable in advance to secure your slot.
- Due Dates & Late Payments: Fees are due by the first class of each new month. A reminder will be sent, and payments received after the 5th of the month may incur a late fee. Consistent late payments may result in the temporary suspension of classes.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made directly to the Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center administration through the official channels provided. Please do not make any payments directly to your teacher. JazakAllah Khair for your understanding and cooperation.
- Class Suspension: Classes will be automatically suspended for any student with fees overdue by more than 10 days until the outstanding balance is cleared.
3. Attendance, Leave, and Make-up Classes
Punctuality and consistent attendance are vital for effective learning and are considered part of Islamic etiquette.
- Requesting Leave: To request a leave of absence, students/parents must notify the administration at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time via the official portal or WhatsApp.
- Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy for notified absences and are subject to teacher availability. We encourage you to schedule these promptly.
- Unnotified Absences: Any class missed without prior notification will be considered a “no-show” and will be counted as a paid class. Unfortunately, make-up sessions or refunds cannot be provided for unnotified absences.
4. Teacher Conduct and Class Recordings
- Quality Assurance: For training, quality control, and student safety purposes, all online classes may be recorded. These recordings are kept strictly confidential and are accessed only by authorized admin personnel.
- Professional Boundaries: To maintain a professional learning environment, our teachers are strictly prohibited from sharing their personal contact details (phone numbers, private social media, etc.) with students or parents. All communication must occur through official Dar Ul Jannah channels.
- Teacher Assignment: Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center reserves the right to assign a new qualified teacher for a class if necessary due to scheduling, performance, or other operational requirements. We will always strive to ensure a seamless transition.
5. Student Conduct & Privacy
We expect all students to uphold the highest Islamic manners (Adab) during their interactions.
- Respect and Etiquette: Students must display respect, punctuality, and attentiveness towards their teachers and staff. Any form of disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Islamic Values: Students are expected to adhere to Islamic values in their conduct and speech during classes.
- Privacy and Security: For your protection, students and parents must not share any personal or payment information with the teachers. All communication regarding fees, scheduling issues, or technical problems must be directed to the administration team.
6. Fee Adjustments & Holidays
- Fee Revisions: Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center may implement small, annual fee revisions to account for operational costs and to maintain the quality of our services. Advance notice will be provided for any changes.
- Holidays: Official holidays, including the blessed Eids (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha), are considered paid leaves for our dedicated teachers. Therefore, fees for these months are not subject to refunds or deductions. The academic calendar will be shared in advance.
7. Security & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information you provide, including registration details and class recordings, is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We employ robust measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, in accordance with our ethical and legal obligations.

8. Termination of Classes
To maintain an active and committed learning community, if a student is absent for more than 10 consecutive days without any prior notification, Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center reserves the right to pause or cancel the student’s enrollment. The student’s slot may be offered to another student on the waiting list.
9. Updates to Terms
Dar Ul Jannah Islamic Center may revise these Terms of Service and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or services. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
